Raise Funds Easily Using These Established School Fundraisers
Many special school projects and facility upgrades are not met because taxes only support basic needs. If the opportunity is good but the funds are not there, many schools turn to school fundraisers to help fill in the gap.
The goal of many school fundraisers is to sell items that seem to be of high value while keeping their cost below the $30 level. And, to make a decent profit, the school needs to sell items for prices fifty percent or more above what was paid for them.
Anything that’s food related is usually a good bet.

Boxes of cookies, often store bought, are commonly sold at fundraiders. Everyone loves cookies, making them easy to sell, and they really are inexpensive. Bonuses to selling cookies at fundraisers, in addition to their extended shelf life, is the fact they do not require refrigeration.
But, if you feel cookies have been overdone, you’re not alone. Many schools have switched to more unique fundraising items such as nuts and chocolates. They are popular with prospective donors for the same reasons, but have not been sold as often and, therefore, may result in a higher total sales price.
