1. Be positive. Your perspective on life is a powerful influence on being fit for success. The simplist way to maintain a positive outlook is to focus on what makes you feel most alive.

If you wake up every morning feeling excited about your good fortune, you are increasing your wellness and vitality. If you wake up mourning the circumstances of your life, you are reducing your sense of wellbeing. It’s not hard to see that these perspectives have direct effects on your physical vitality, along with your possibility of becoming successful and prosperous.

2. See yourself as having vibrant health. This addresses being positive more exactly . If you know that you create with your thoughts, you realize that the bottom line and most significant factor for radiant health is the way you see yourself. Radiant health starts inside of you. And it is here that you can find the positive purposes beneath the problems before you, so you can reframe them into keys to ultimate goals.

3. Know that you are becoming better every day. From a more soulful point of view, perceived limitations are illusions. When you let go of these limiting ideas, you can realize your full human potential.
